The quality of any print job is only as good as the printing plate it is printed with. Heidelberg's new 38 plates per hour Suprasetter is as good as it gets. This machine, besides being renowned for accurately recording the information onto the litho plate at great speed, is a leader in green printing and is chemical free. It recycles and uses only 25 litres of water a week compared to other machines that use over 400 litres per day.
Once the plates have been made, your job will be printed on one of 3 multi-colour Heidelberg Speedmasters, one of which is a newly launched XL75 5-colour with in-line coater. They all have stream feeders, auto plate loading, digital remote ink setting, auto roller and blanket washing up, all which speeds up our production. For customers that want to take the green issue head on, we can use non-chemical 100 percent vegetable based inks on recycled papers, on request.
Whilst we have gradually moved our focus to top quality full colour printing over the years, we still do the full range of business forms and books, like self carbonised invoice books, receipt books, order books, letterheads, compliment slips, business cards etc - the stuff we became known for during the earlier years.
